I am a Lawyer
In 1992 I graduated from the Law and Administration at the Warsaw University Faculty. In 2005 also completed postgraduate studies in Debt Recovery at the Institute of Management and Information Technology as well as the Institute of Management ORGMASZ. I have dealt with debt recovery since 1996.
I have gained my professional experience doing work in the Debt Collection Department in Warsaw Energy Plant STOEN, where I was also in charge of staff training in the field of security and recovery of debts. Furthermore, I handled the recovery of bank liabilities as an employee of the Credit Department in Kredyt Bank PBI S.A. From 1999 till 2009 I worked in Netia S.A. as a specialist in securing, debt recovery and later, as a credit risk assessment specialist. I also trained Netia S.A. staff in the field of risk assessment and securing future receivables.
I participated in projects related to the management of receivables as well as in creating internal recovery procedures. I worked as an advisor to the Debt Recovery Department in one of the companies operations on an especially difficult in debt recovery construction market. Since 2009 I have been handling all aspects of the process in debt recovery of the Legal Adviser Office. MC.
